This coffee roasts a touch darker than the single origin coffees while still maintaining the complex flavors and fragrances of a good Guatemalan coffee. We recently had a work event to consider several coffees for our office environment. We had some heavy dark roast drinkers and some who preferred the lighter variety. The Solola Adenisa was a favorite as well, but this coffee was by far the better compromise among the dark roasting crowd! Everyone of all drinking persuasions enjoyed it- 5 stars for drinkability across the board!

I enjoy this coffee. I have been purchasing coffee from earth friendly coffee since 2006. EFC joined with Maya coffee and I continue to purchase from them. I love that I know the route the coffee travels to get to me. Grown and harvested in Guatemala, flown to WA state, roasted, mailed to me. The coffee is delicious. It is so much better than most coffees. I never have an upset stomach with this coffee. Thank you for your commitment to organic and fair trade.
